Your doctor can decide professionally if you demand to use this medicine and in which dose. Besides, it is necessary to report to your doctor if you have any other health conditions, chronic or serious disease including the following:
•    a heart rhythm disorder;
•    a personal or family history of Long QT syndrome;
•    tendon problems, arthritis or other joint problems;
•    a muscle or nerve disorder;
•    bone problems;
•    liver or kidney disease;
•    seizures or epilepsy;
•    a previous fact of head injury or brain tumor;
•    previous allergic reactions to any antibiotic;
•    diabetes;
•    hypokalemia.
You should also tell your doctor if you use medicines for heart rhythm, blood thinners, or other medicines.
Levofloxacin is not used in patients who have hypersensitive or allergic reactions to it or to other meds from the class of fluoroquinolones.
Women should tell their doctor if they are pregnant or breast –feeding.
